The past 6-8 September weekend was full of visits, meetings, conversations, laughter, smiles and sun! It was our first edition of Gadz'Meet! 54 Gadz'arts from all over the United States came to San Francisco for this unique event. Among the participants were Gadz'Arts living and working in the US as well as students from parcours US and GTE programs who came to States for their exchange semester or for a one-year masters program. 26 students came from Georgia Tech in Atlanta. Some students participating in Gadz'Meet are currently studying in UC Berkeley, MIT and UCLA.
AFAM organized the whole weekend and offered financial help to students who came from Atlanta and Boston.
AFAM would like to thank Gadz'Meet organizers Vincent Schmitt (Ch 182) and Michel Vulpillat (Ch 183). Special thanks for helping go to our CFO Jean Pommier ( An 83) and to Marc Amblard (Cl 84) .
