Purchases for workshops, classes or products are typically non-refundable but we consider each situation on a case-per-case basis. If a workshop, class does not garner enough interest that we decide to cancel it from our end, then we will refund any entry, course, workshop fees within 7 business days. Should we ship something to you of significant value as a result of an activity from this website, the shipments will be fully insured. Any loss or damage will be reimbursed through the shipping carrier's process and policy.
