Shasta for Mentors

1 - Wanting to Give Back

1. WANTING TO GIVE BACK

You live in the USA and would like to give back to students currently at Arts & Métiers. You certainly have a lot to share with current students to help them gain experience in the USA. A few hours of remote mentorship would definitely go a long way. This is your chance to get involved!

3 - Win-Win Situation

3. WIN-WIN

When considering mentorship, please remember that it is a win-win exchange. Mentors share their work experience at a U.S. company, as well as their expertise. Students share their energy, new ideas, and fresh vision. Mentors will get real satisfaction from seeing students grow and succeed.

The role of a mentor is to guide and accompany a mentee, not to find an internship for him/her.
AFAM and Shasta committee will be here to help and support you!
